How incredibly startling. The lack of colour seems to make the lights of the image stand out dramatically.
capturing the woman against the white pillar helps to separate her from the background. the vans on the left are a bit distracting – too much white. maybe burn them in a bit to tone them down – even crop this to a vertical to remove the vans and some of the overhead sign. just my 2 cents.
